Adrienne had an idea for a hair scrunchie line but she took her vision of what could have been a short term trend and built on her brand, expanding it to become an essential and fashion forward empire. With the power of persistence and perseverance, Adrienne fiercely worked hard to not only leave her former career behind, but also employ a team of babes (and her husband) - and we're going to learn how she did it!
